Methane(CH4) : 65%, carbon dioxide(CO2) : 30-35%, nitrogen (N2), ammonia (NH4), hydrogen sulfide(H2S) 1% or less
Necessity
Biogas contains small amount of sulfur compounds such as H2S, SO2, mercaptans and ammonia (NH3) and it causes the corrosion of the device.
According to the usage of the gas, it is required to increase the purity of the methane in the biogas and adjust the heating value (Sulfur compounds, carbon dioxide removal).
